Toner/Essence/Face Mist | TDXO Spring Skincare Guide
The first thing we're going to do here is break down the difference between toner and essence! Because even the skincare enthusiasts can confuse the two - and for what might be the most expensive part of your skincare routine, let's make sure we get it right!
Toner - removes the residue on your skin from cleansing and refreshes your skin. And it's main job is to balance the skin's pH.
Essence - smooths skin, accelerates regrowth, and gives all the other products you're about to put on your face a big ole boost. It also really drives the moisture into your skin.
And while they're one of the most important step of your skincare routine, they can also be the hardest to find the best fit for what you're troubleshooting or your skin type!

This is a Sephora must-have that exfoliates and gives your skin some major radiance. This solution has seven percent glycolic acid, amino acids, aloe vera, ginseng, and tasmanian pepperberry.
Why I love it: it's a great price point for the quality and does a KILLER job of evening out texture, preventing breakouts, and plumping up the skin

This is a soothing and moisturizing toner that gently cleanses and hydrates dry skin for a smooth, glowing appearance. It's also great for ALL skin types, which is a big plus! You're going to want this if you're struggling with dry or uneven skin.
Why I love it: It’s a little thicker than most toners so it’s great for when you’re having skin sensitivities or feeling like a sharp toner is too much after using some heavy hitting peels or exfoliants.
